Qualifications

Para-Tech's paralegals and legal assistants must have: 

• 10+ years experience as a paralegal or legal assistant working under the direct supervision of an attorney;

• specialized in one or more practice areas;

• ability and desire to work independently with minimum supervision; and

• a minimum of a 2 year degree from an accredited college or university.
